Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

This Notice is issued by Jeremy Lee K.L., an agent of Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad (Agent Code VL200021), in relation to the client portal at jeremyleekl.com/dashboard. It follows the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

2. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, sign-in records (when links are requested and used), and your display preferences.
• Policy data you enter: insurer, fund, units, dates and policy numbers you add yourself.
• For Jeremy's clients: your policy, fund and unit details obtained through Jeremy's Prudential agency systems (RAISe) and synced to your account automatically.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We store your subscription status and Stripe customer ID only — your card details are never stored by us.

3. What we use it for

• Providing the dashboard (fund prices, your portfolio, charts).
• Sending you single-use sign-in emails.
• Service and billing emails (trial reminders, payment issues, renewal notices).
• Optional onboarding emails you can unsubscribe from at any time (every such email has an unsubscribe link, or Message us on WhatsApp).

4. Who processes your data

• Cloudflare — hosting, database (D1) and web application delivery.
• Brevo — sending sign-in and service emails.
• Stripe — payments and subscription management.

These providers may process data outside Malaysia. By using the Service you consent to that transfer, which is made under contractual safeguards with each provider.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you request deletion, your account data is deleted within 30 days — except billing records we must keep as required by law (e.g. tax or dispute records).

6. Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction of it, withdraw consent, or delete your account — just reach Jeremy on WhatsApp at +60 10-800 4041. We act on verified requests within 30 days.

7. How we protect it

• Sign-in uses hashed, single-use magic links that expire within minutes — no passwords to leak.
• All traffic runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• Card data is stored by Stripe, not us.

8. Marketing opt-out

Onboarding and feedback emails are optional: use the Unsubscribe link in any such email, or tell us on WhatsApp. You will still receive essential emails such as sign-in links and billing notices, which cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.

9. Changes to this Notice

If we change this Notice we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify active users by email or a notice in the portal before the change takes effect.
