Terms of Use

1. Who operates this service

This client portal ("the Service") is operated by Jeremy Lee K.L., an agent of Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad (Agent Code VL200021), contactable on WhatsApp at +60 10-800 4041. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refers to that agency operation.

2. What the Service is

The Service is an information dashboard. It shows publicly available fund prices (Prudential/PruBSN published fund prices) together with the policy and fund details that you enter, or — for Jeremy's clients — details provided to us through our agency systems (RAISe) and synced for you. You may also enter policies from other insurers yourself.

The Service does not execute transactions, hold client money, or receive any commission through the Service itself. It simply displays and calculates from the data described above.

3. Information only — not financial advice

Everything shown in the Service is general information only. It is not financial advice, and it is not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, keep, surrender or replace any policy or fund. Prices, valuations and "unit price change" figures are calculations from published fund prices applied to your units; they do not account for premiums paid, charges or top-ups.

Past performance of a fund is not indicative of future results. Fund values can go down as well as up. Before acting on anything you see here, speak to us directly or obtain advice from a licensed financial adviser.

Policies from insurers other than Prudential are shown for your own tracking only. They are never a recommendation, and the Service will not prompt you to switch, replace or buy anything.

4. Accuracy of information

• Fund prices are collected from public sources. They may be delayed or occasionally wrong; published fund prices typically reflect the previous valuation day.
• Units you enter yourself are your responsibility. We do not verify them. Check them against your latest policy statement.
• Your official policy statement is the authoritative value of your holdings, not a page in the Service.

5. Your account

One person per account. Keep the email address on your account secure and up to date — sign-in works by magic link sent to that email, so anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you. Links are single-use and expire quickly, but email security is on you.

6. Subscription and billing

• Jeremy's existing clients use the Service free. Their Prudential policy data is supplied by the agency.
• Everyone else starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial, and there is one trial per person.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically to the plan you chose: RM49.99 per month or RM499.99 per year (pay for 10 months, get 12), in Malaysian Ringgit via Stripe.
• Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged, and your access continues until the trial end date.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing, effective at the end of the current period; your access continues until then. There are no refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
• We send a reminder email 2 days before your trial ends.
• Subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice (by email or in the Service).

7. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, bulk-download or attempt to circumvent rate limits. Don't share your account or sign-in links with anyone else. Each account is for one person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the last 12 months (for free accounts, RM0). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the information displayed.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Notice). We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, or discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice; in that case subscribers will retain access for the remainder of the paid period or receive a pro-rata refund where required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
